How do I reset a staff member's password?
Go to Staff → find the staff member → View profile → Manage account. Or the staff member can use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page.
Why can't I download a payslip PDF?
PDFs are only available after the payroll cycle has been approved. Draft payslips cannot be downloaded. Ask your Chairperson or Manager to approve the cycle first.
How do I add a new conservancy user?
Go to Configuration → Manage Users → Create Account. Fill in the details and assign the appropriate role. The user will receive an email with their login details.
How do I export my data?
Go to Reports → Export Data. You can export staff, members, transactions, wildlife data, and more in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
Can one staff member approve their own payroll?
No, this is intentional. The person who generates a payroll cycle cannot approve it. This is a financial control (segregation of duties). A different person with approval permissions must approve it.
How long does conservancy registration approval take?
Typically within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email once your conservancy is approved or if more information is needed.
My WhatsApp payslip delivery is not working
WhatsApp delivery requires a Meta Business API account to be configured by your platform administrator. Email payslips and portal downloads work without any extra setup.
